OUR PROCESS
Nothing about a Kalash evening is improvised. Every setting is rehearsed on paper, then in the workshop, before a single guest steps onto the plot.

A slow conversation over tea — families, temperament, colour, the shape of the evening. We listen more than we speak.

Every mandap, stage and tablescape is hand-drawn in the studio, coloured and re-coloured until the evening already exists on paper.
03
We build a corner of the setting in our workshop — florals, drape, candlelight — so nothing is a surprise on the day.
04
A team that has worked together for years installs quietly through the night, so the first guest walks into a finished world.

Yes. Most of our work is composed inside a venue the family has already chosen — we treat your venue as the room and design the evening into it.
Four steps, in this order: a slow conversation over tea, hand-drawn studio drawings, a mock-up of one corner built in our workshop, and then a night install so the first guest walks into a finished world.
